Really like the composition and colors. For me it looks like you posed yourself as La Gioconda and the way you pulled off the split with the crystals - working well dynamically and texturally contrasting with the rest of the painting - is nice. The piece has movement and interest and the colors are lovely. The only real detractor for me is technique, it looks like the watercolor application (I'm assuming this is watercolor and not a thinned out acrylic from the way the paint moves at the bottom of your hair, though you didn't mention the medium) isn't as seamless as it could be, but if the crackling and dry brush look is what you were going for in some areas than it's just a matter of taste. Personally I like to see a bit more fluidity and better paint handling with a medium where it best shines being used for its fluid quality. The way it fades out at the bottom is great as it gives the piece an overall lightness. Your draftsmanship is spot on, great attention to highlights. Overall a really beautiful and interesting piece.
