It seems like it's been raining FOREVER at my place... so I guess that was my inspiration
I finished the painting yesterday evening and today sun finally came out lol 
Maybe I should have been faster

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactAt first glance the painting is very harmonious. The colors look marvellous together and the face is not overloaded with colors and details. Sometimes people draw too much details or use too much different colors and the painting becomes confused. Here there are maybe three main colors that are combined and the result is very coherent and clean. Even if the face is drawn very simply it is very emotional and the light effects are well done. I like the use of lines (black or white) which adds some edges to very smooth watercolor and once again it is not overloaded with lines. The hair, i think is always a difficult part. Which color ? how much details ? Here it's smooth with the different wash of watercolor that are very beautiful and the lines add dynamism. To put it in a nutshell i'd say that the painting is very well balanced between drawn lines and suggested shapes.
